Please choose carefully because we will not accept returns if you change your mind. If you receive anything faulty, please contact us through the contact page straight away with an image and receipt, we will be sure to fix this for you considering this is a fault!
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of items being delivered to your door. Sorry, any wear and tear or personal damage will not be covered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Non-returnable or non-exchangeable items include:
- Discounted items
- Items bought through a promotion
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
